King Abdullah University of Science and Technology
Ranhill is providing the project management services to Saudi Aramco, tasked with developing KAUST by the King Abdullah ibn Abd al-Aziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. As soon as the university matures in 2019 or 2020, the administration hopes to have 2,000 students and 600 researchers and faculty.
The university will be modeled on four research institutes as the primary organizational units. The complex will consist of Admin campus, Academic campus including research institutes equipped with advanced laboratories, innovation and technology incubation centres, convention centre, mosques, community services, recreational and residential facilities.
Hi-Tech Healthcare Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
RBSB delivered the infrastructure Master Plan and Information center building. The project design is a first for Vietnam, consisting development of Hi-Tech Healthcare Park as a medical city comprises of tertiary care and teaching hospital, institute of medical science and technology, support office and housing facilities and community facilities.
Marina Doha Residential Tower, Qatar
This residential tower consists of a 20-storey building built on an area of 4000 square metres.
Marina Doha Office Tower, Qatar
This office tower consists of a 25-storey building built on an area of 6000 square metres.
Royal Group Headquarters
Ranhill Bersekutu has secured Abu Dhabi project which house the headquarters of the Royal Group and First Gulf Bank.
