RCSB is registered with Malaysian Board of Engineers(BEM) and Ministry of Finance(MOF) along with other private agencies/entities.The company’s history dates back to more than 50 years through its earlier overseas affiliation. The firm is a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing comprehensive engineering (Geotechnical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical), Project Management and Ecologically Sustainable Design/Green Building technology services. We have executed work in more than 20 countries throughout Asia, middle East and Africa. Our services covering the following sectors:

We have been involved in diverse and comprehensive range of projects and have engineered over 2000 projects covering feasibility studies, conceptual design, schematic design, detailed design, construction management, environmental monitoring project management and auditing. Significant engineering projects undertaken include roads, bridges, railways, water supply, wastewater, drainage, irrigation, flood mitigation, storm water management, coastal engineering, power, telecommunications, townships, ports, airports, hospitals, universities, high-rise offices, hotels, resorts, condominiums, shopping complexes, recreational facilities, other industrial schemes and environmental-impact assessment (EIA), management and monitoring.
Our past Nation Building Landmarks includes the 88–storey PETRONAS Twin Towers, Reference Design for KL-Singapore High Speed Rail, North-South Expressway, Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway (with 500m main span cable stayed bridge), AKLEH Extension, Central Spine Road (Sg Lakit Bridge to Gua Musang), Special Economic Zone Central Link Road, Rawang-Ipoh Electrified Double Tracking Railway and Light Rail Transit 2, 628-bed Serdang Hospital, 280-bed Tengku Mizan Armed Forces Hospital, 190MW Teluk Salut Combined Cycle Power Plant, 3,100MW and 1,000MW Expansion at Sultan Azlan Shah Manjung Coal Fired Power Plant, 180MW Upper Padas Hydroelectric Plant, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and KLIA2 – New Low Cost Carrier Terminal, Sepang, New Kuantan Port, Ganchong, Semangar and Langat-2 Water Supply Schemes, Besut Flood Mitigation Scheme, National Water Resources Study Review, Integrated River Basin Management, Green Sewage Treatment Plant, Medini Development in Iskandar Malaysia, International Islamic University, , Solid Waste Sanitary Landfill, amongst others.
