TOWNSHIP INFRASTRUCTURE
Development at Medini, Iskandar Malaysia
RBSB was appointed as the infrastructure engineering consultant to provide engineering services for the master planning and detailed design of the infrastructure, namely, earthworks, roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electricity supply and telecommunication.
Medini is set to be a 920ha (2,273 acres) international mixed-use urban development, located on prime greenfield land in the heart of Nusajaya, Johor. The catalyst development, previously referred to as ‘Node 1’, is located in Iskandar Malaysia.
Kota Seriemas
Kota Seriemas is located on a 2418-acre site in Negeri Sembilan – RBSB provided master planning and detailed design for the infrastructure of this residential and commercial mixed development.
Penang Golf Resort
The 36-hole Penang Golf Resort is a prestigious project in which RBSB performed as the master plan and comprehensive engineering designer.
Bandar Nusajaya
Bandar Nusajaya is one of the largest and most modern township developments in Malaysia, strategically located at the Malaysia – Singapore Second Crossing on a 10,885 hectares site.
Bandar Kinrara Township Development
Bandar Kinrara is one of the largest township developments in Klang Valley and has become the catalyst for growth in the Puchong area. RBSB was engaged to provide comprehensive engineering services for the preparation of the infrastructure master plan, detailed design of the civil infrastructure works, contacts administration and construction supervision.
Putrajaya Precinct 10
The 371-acre Putrajaya Precinct 10 is a high-end residential development which consists of bungalows, semi-detached houses and apartments. RBSB provided comprehensive engineering services for this project.
ELMINA WEST
Elmina West is part of the larger, 5000-acre City of Elmina grouping of townships along the
Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) in Selangor, which is easily accessible via several major
highways. The land is to be developed into a wellness-themed commercial and lifestyle
residential development by Sime Darby Elmina Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Property Berhad.
